Harms of fruits to human health
The disadvantages of the fruit are:
1)High sugar content
Fruits contain a fruit sugar called fructose. Although fructose is a natural sugar, too much fruit can still cause blood sugar to rise.
2) Acidic fruits
Fruits such as oranges, lemons and grapefruits are rich in acid, which can erode tooth enamel over time and even cause tooth decay.
3) Digestive problems
Some fruits, especially when eaten in large quantities, can cause digestive discomfort such as bloating and gas. This is especially true of high-fiber fruits such as apples, pears and prunes.
4) Calorie intake
Even though fruits are healthy, they still contain calories. Eating excessive amounts of fruit causes an imbalance in calorie intake and disrupts the body's balance, contributing to weight gain.
5)Pestist exposure
Non-organic fruits may contain pestis residues that can be harmful if consumed excessively in the long run, and these pestis residues can cause serious health problems.
